PHP - Add Notepad Field To A Php Page
My PHP page is connected to a MS SQL database. I have a recipe table that includes has a text field for recipe notes. I want to create a text box, pretty much like what I am using to enter this message and add the text to the database.
Can this be done in PHP with the formatting bells and whistles (but no faces)? Similar TutorialsI'm trying to use SESSIONS, the start of my page looks like this: <?php session_start(); and the start of the source code looks like this: <br /> <b>Warning</b>: session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by The <?php tag is on line 1, yet as you can see Notepad++ seems to add a <br /> before it, which results in the sessions not working. How can I fix this? I do not know if i'm in the right forum section for this however I will let you know what I need assistance with and if anyone can guide me or assist me I would be greatly appreciated.
I have a notepad file that i created on my system, i do not have any software installed that is allowing me to host and nor am I signed up for a website as of yet
but the following code. I would like to some how have the information that is entered and then when click on submit i would like it to be able to go to another screen with the results of what was entered and have two additional buttons to download resutls and then an option to start new entry, I am not to sure if I will need to create a sql database for this to happen or if its even phesable.

The note information will be information for the whole truck not by order. The check box will let them know that the truck is ready to have paper work printed. I have not add the note field or checkbox because I did not want to start off wrong.

Can anyone provide a snip of code that I could insert into the "coupon code" field on a formmail form which has the following effect: on submit form, user goes to the normal payment page (this is already implemented) if coupon code field is filled out with correct code, user is taken to alternate payment page on form submit. I need a script that I can run once a day through cron and take the date from one table/filed and insert it into a different table/field, converting the human readable date to a Unix date. Table Name: Ads Field: endtime_value (human readable date) to Table Name: Node Field: auto_expire (Converted to Unix time) Both use a field named "nid" as the key field, so the fields should match each nid field from one table to the next. Hi: I'm going crazy trying to do the following: I'm making a job registration process where the user registers on one php page to the website, must acknowlege and email receipt using an activate php page, then is directed to upload their C.V. (resume) based on the email address they enter in the active page output. I then run an upload page to store the resume in teh MySQL db based on the users email address in the same record. If I isolate the process of the user registering to the db, it works perfectly. If I isolate the file upload process into the db, it works perfect. I simply cannot upload teh file to the existing record based on teh email form field matching the user_email field in the db. With the processes together, teh user is activated, but teh file is not uploaded. Maybe I've simply been at this too long today, but am compeled to get through it by end day.
