PHP - Looking For Recommendation On Good Anonymous Email Application

I have users in my database with many stored points ie age, gender, interests etc. about 20 points in all.   I have a table of products that I want to recommend only applicable products. They each have saved like minage, maxage, gender, interest etc for the ideal consumer. ie dress gender=f   This is the bare bones of what I have so far:

So now I have $rowuser['gender'] = m , how do I remove all from $rowproducts where gender = f?   Is there a best way to do this knowing I have about 20 points to go through before I am left with an array with just the best selection of products for this user in it?

I am trying to run the function "age", using the last line, I thought that is how I could to access that method, but that doesn't work.

So I have made an anonymous poll system but I would like to limit the possibility to vote only once from a single pc.

I think that I could store and check 3 things regarding a user that has voted:
1) $_SERVER['HTTP_CLIENT_IP']."!".$_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR']."!".$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'];
2) HTTP cookie
3) Flash cookie LSO (because this contrary to the HTTP cookei can be detected in multiple browsers( (only if Flash is installed)))

But there can be a simple situation - a simple user votes one time from Firefox and after a time his IP changes (for example he uses some Mobile internet where dynamic addressing is used) . Then for some reason he wants to use Internet Explorer where Flash is not installed. In result - it is possible to vote twice.

Can anyone please suggest something regarding this?

I know there is not 100% bulletproof solution - I just want to minimise the possibility to vote more than once.

Also I am thinking about using EverCookie(undeletable cookie) but that could cause a lot of other problems.

When using the phpDoc PHAR to parse the following file, it returns Parse Error: Syntax error, unexpected '(' on line 16  No summary was found for this file, and doesn't include the file.  The specific script which triggers the error is ($this->prototype)().

I am using the PHAR listed on https://www.phpdoc.org/ which appears to be the same as https://github.com/phpDocumentor/phpDocumentor2/releases/download/v2.9.0/phpDocumentor.phar, and am running PHP 7.1.26.

Any guess why I am getting this error?  Recommended workarounds?  As a hack, I am thinking of adding an ignored function or class who's only missing is to invoke the anonymous function.

I've also tried using the PHAR at https://github.com/phpDocumentor/phpDocumentor2/releases/tag/v3.0.0-alpha.3, and while I don't get this error, I don't get any output.  I first tried it without downloading the public key but got ssl errors.  Is there more to in than just locating the two files in the same directory?

i wanting users to be able to update there email address and check to see if the new email already exists. if the email is the same as current email ignore the check.
i have no errors showing up but if I enter a email already in the db it still accepts the new email instead of bringing the back the error message.

I am building program to manage payment/monthly payments. I've ran into an issue that I haven't been able to overcome and need some help. I've been lurking for a while and decided it was time to ask you guys...Here's the issue:

I have a table 'payments' that contains scheduled payments that looks like:

What I need to do that I haven't figured out is to adjust the expected amount according to the payment, update the status to N (not pending) without affecting the later expected payments.

For example:
they make a payment of $257.50, applies that to row 367, sets the status to N, but leaves the other status' to Y (for obvious reasons). the make a payment of $250.00, leaving the balance at $7.50, so lets add $7.50 to row 368, mark 367 status to N the make a payment of $300.00, leaving the expected balance at $0.00 for row 367, but adjust the balance for row 368 to $215.00
Any ideas?

There are ten list or bookmarks from Prof. Horner's Bible-Reading System found (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=46416541831) each having set number of books from the Bible. One is to read ten chapters a day, one chapter from each of the bookmarks.

Type in what day you are on and the program will show you on each of the lists as to what chapter you are suppose to be on.

Also want to show statistics that will display how many times the Bible has been read with a break down of all 66 books of the Bible.

Hey all I have an error in my Facebook application and I'm not sure what's wrong (New to PHP).

I've got to the stage where that strips out most of the stop words when the final array is printed, but they have been replaced with spaces or something that I have not come acoss because as you may see I had a bit of trouble originally stripping the punctuation marks.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction as to how to organise the words I have left after the stripping of stop words which are of no use during the search.  I need to store those words into another array and index them which says how many times they appear in that document.

I've come across the function array array_count_values ( array $input ) on the manual but I'm not sure about the best way to use it.

I've attached the files I've used if that helps.
