PHP - Data Is Not Inserted To Database After Submit

After I've successfully inputted something in my script and then click refresh in Chrome with "Right Click -> Reload", the same thing that I've inputted before gets re-inserted AGAIN into the database, thus resulting in multiple versions of the same thing in the MySQL database.


How can I prevent that?

p.s. Chrome is warning with a pop up of repeated action, and when I then click continue the repeated insertion of the data occurs, and I'd like to prevent the repeated insertion.

Hi Guys, actually I'm doing hard with this code.

the fact is that Im inserting data (name, phone number, nss) and  im doing a select to get the id number where nss is like $nss (.

I don`t know why I can`t receive data, i think the fact is that all the code is inside an if statement) But that is why im here guys.

So guys, Idk what is happening here, I tryed lot of things but when im get the email I dont get the id value..... I think is because the insert hasn't been completed while the if is open.....

In adition I wanto to ask you guys if somebody knows how to get correctly the data from this code... 

Firstly I was trying to get the max id from my table and then plus 1 to increase the number. and in that order put the id by myself or atleast get the value in that way.

Am a newbie in php. Since I can't insert values to the database with respect to a user Id or with any other token using WHERE clause.

Say there is a complex opt in process where people start to enter their data but certain questions stop them where they close out of the page. They already entered their data and I feel there is a way to grab it and post it to mysql even though they do not click submit.   How would this be done?   A super simple example (proof of concept) or a link to a tutorial would be very useful.

I have problem figuring out how to properly display data fetched from MySQL database in a HTML table.

In the below example I am using two while loops, where the second one is nested inside first one, that check two different expressions fetching data from tables found in a MySQL database. The second expression compares the two tables IDs and after their match it displays the email of the account holder in each column in the HTML table.

The main problem is that the 'email' row is displayed properly while its while expression is not nested and alone(meaning the other data is omitted or commented out), but either nested or neighbored to the first while loop, it is displayed horizontally and the other data ('validity', 'valid_from', 'valid_to') is not displayed.'

Can someone help me on this, I guess the problem lies in the while loop?

Hi, I've currently started to modify a chat script of mine to output a moderation panel but the moderation page seems empty(blank) every time I load it. I think I'm using the wrong method, but GET and POST don't seem to fit in at all. I'm making a random game where they can only play 20 times a day. Once they hit that roll again button, I want a string to go into the database. And then after that, I will pull all those.. whatever I know how to do that part, but I just want to know why the button isn't making it insert all those values into the fields.

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm looking to create a form that will submit multiple entries to a MySQL database depending on the options selected on the form. I am able to submit single entries, but the multiple entire is a bit of a mystery to me.

I have attached an JPG image to show an example of how I would like the form to work.

Hi there everyone,

I have the below code (needs to be sanitized for SQL injection - i know   ).  Submitting to a MYSQL database.  I wish to check on form submit if the users email address already exists, and if so display a simple error message (even just a windows error message) stating "the email address you have entered already exists".

I don't really know where to start with this, or what the code should look like, so any help and direction would be massively appreciated.  All i do know, is the email column is set to unique, and when i attempt to submit using an email i know exists the code appears to run successfully without spitting out any errors (i.e. the web url changes to the below php code) but the table doesn't update (which is correct).  I just don't know how to then return the user to the form (preferably with all their info still entered) when this happens along with a nice error message...

Which languages do I need to make this happen? And I am unsure of how to incorporate PHP within a javascript query and what jQuery functions I will need. 

I can not get the values from the javascript add row to go dynamically as a row into MySql only the form values show up as the form below as one row. I made it as an array, but no such luck, I have tried this code around a multitude of ways.
