PHP - Array_key_exists Using Array For Search Parameter

Hi,

Am hoping someone can please help.

I've the following code:

$chosen_methods    = WC()->session->get( 'chosen_shipping_methods' ); 
$chosen_method     = explode(':', reset($chosen_methods) );

The first line returns the warning:
"Warning: reset() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in"

I've tried the following:

$chosen_method     = '';
$chosen_method     = NULL;
$chosen_methods     = array();

Sadly, none have worked. What am I missing?

I have a form that is having some issues and in the error log I see a bunch of these warnings. What is wrong with this??   I numbered the offending lines below (lines 9 & 13)   Thanks for any help on this.

Problem:
"Warning: extract() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in C:\x\xampp\htdocs\pages\user_personal.php on line 32" - error also found on lines 33 and 38.
and none of the information is displayed.

Goal: I'm trying to retrieve profile information and multiple user inserted pictures and display the pictures through a while loop from one query.

Hello,   I recently posted here about an issue I was having with my database orientated products page.   I have now run into another problem where say if, /db.php was typed or /db.php?p=IDoNotExist was typed, it returns blank.   I have in my code the desired content to be displayed, but it just doesn't seem to want to make a show.   I was also wondering if it is possible to show different content for whatever the URL is, so for no parameter, the content about the products, and a non existent one, maybe "Product not found"?   Here is my code:

I have the following code just to insert a username and hashed password into the database but somehow I am getting this error and I couldn't find out where I am doing it wrong...can someone please give me a hand?   I tried it in two ways and both errors... the first few lines are just connecting database which worked fine and a password.php so I can use password_hash() with my php version

I have an php array like below

As we can see in the array there is no 1.13, Is there a way I can pass it 1.13, and it gets me the closest fraction

so if I passed it 1.13 it would return the fraction 1 lower which is 1.12 > 1/8

What I would like to do is after the array is created echo out a certain row from that array.
Soi if the array looks like this

I can search the array for 468 and it would return 455

String to find = '21'

If (MY ARRAY contains STRING TO FIND) {}

Clearly in this case there are several '21' (s) so if I only wanted to search the [eventDay] keys...would there be a fast effective and efficient manner?

also i need to make a new array which includes all regex matches or strstr matches (it doesn't need to be regex) from the old array.

now i have it like this:

$array=array('cathouse','doghouse','mousehouse');
preg_match_all("@\,([a-zA-Z0-9\|]+dog[a-zA-Z0-9\|]+)\,@i",',|'.implode("|,|",$array).'|,',$matches);
print_r($matches[1]);

but is there a faster way to do this? (i tryed with loops but it's all slower)

i also have all this in another loop. because it must match more words/strings then only "dog".

I have an array, and I want to search the array for a particular 'word' and return how many times that 'word' is in the array. I tried using the search_array, but that just seems to find the first 'word' and return it. What I want it this:

Lets say I want to see how many times the word 'blue' is in the array: $counter = 4;
How would I achieve this?
