PHP - Re-populating A Checked Radio Button On A Form - Please Help.

I'm developing a form which is essentially a simple set of radio buttons. Conceptually, it is like this:   Please select a theme from the list: o  Black o  Blue o  Red   [Submit]  [Reset]   I'm actually showing a slideshow of images showing the appearance of each of the themes in a slideshow that only shows one image at a time. I want my users to click on the image that represents the theme they want and, ideally, not have to click on the Submit button at all.   Then I will save the name of the theme they chose in a cookie (if cookies are enabled).   Many years ago, I dabbled in things like CGI and I have a vague recollection, possibly faulty, that it's not difficult to make a form that has only one set of radio buttons treat the selection of one of the radio buttons as a Submit. I don't remember how to do it though.   Can anyone advise me on whether it is indeed possible and, if it is, how I make the selection of the radio button cause the form to be submitted?

I am echoing out 2 radio input fields in a foreach statement. I would like to have the first option checked in all the radio input fields that gets echoed out.   But for some reason it marks the radio input field "checked" all the way in the bottom. (The last one)   How can I make it so that every input field that gets echoed out will be marked checked?   Below is my code. Thank you for your help

Hello everyone, I am working on a form that is similar to a shopping cart system and I am thinking of creating a button that submits the checked value and saves them to a $_SESSION variable. And also a link that links to a cart.html that takes the values of a $_SESSION variable. I am have trouble figuring what tag/attribute should I use in order to achieve that.   Right now my code attached below submits the checked values to cart.html directly. However I want my submit button to save the checked box to a $_SESSION variable and STAY on the same page. And then I will implement a <a> to link to the cart.php.   I researched a little bit about this subject and I know it's somewhat related to ajax/jquery. I have read around and can't seem to find the right coding for what I need on this forum and some other other forums.

I have a contact form (as listed below) and I need 2 locations (Print Name and Title) fields to auto-populate on a separate form (can be a doc, pdf, etc. any form of document which is easiest) and this form can be totally back end and the individual using the form never is going to see the form.

It's going on a contract form, that we would like to auto-populate.

Also is there a simple attachment code so individuals can attach documents to the code?

i have an html form which is a "post"

on it i have an array of checkboxes and a sumbit button, once button is clicked i go to another page where i handle those boxes checked
the problem now is if NO checkboxes are checked and i hit the submit...i get errors on the other page

I'm building a php program that registers users onto a website. With the help of people from this thread http://www.phpfreaks.com/forums/index.php?topic=332260.15
I was able to accomplish the goal and now the signup works with conditions that check for a valid email, and if the password is strong enough.

T he program correctly displays the the problem when a user does NOT enter a valid email, or a strong enough password, but the user has to re-enter the email and password everytime.

I want to make it so that the fields remained populated with what the user entered previously, so he or she does not have to re-enter his or her email/password.

I have a function to display some images and allow a user to select a choice via a radio button.The value is then passed to another function.
I have 2 problems
My selection is not being passed back and I cant assign the value to a query sring in a link to another page.
On the form do i need to add checked?

I am trying to have the text alongside the radio button trigger the radio button (cannot use < a href )

The closest I have found is
