PHP - Creating Tables In Php Leads To Errors In Phpmyadmin....

One of the things I`d like to improve on it is to create tables and fields in my mysql database, but not have to go into phpmyadmin to do it. I know open source programs like Drupal can do this easily so that when you add modules, the user does not have to access the database to set it up. But looking at the codes, I`m unable to figure out how it works. How will I be able to program my code to do something like, I`ll have a form where I enter in what I want the new table to be called, what fields to add in and their specifications, where I could do this by just going into my website as the admin? I have a table leitner_vcard_boxes. Each row represents a flashcard. I want to be able to efficiently sort the cards by the frequency with which the user got them correct. Each row has a column right_count and wrong_count and a percent_correct which I calculate in php as right_count/(right_count+wrong_count) I want to replace the manual calculation with a trigger since I believe that would be more efficient than reading the row, incrementing the right or wrong counter, calculating the new percentage correct and updating the row. The trigger I plan to use is:

My questions a
1. Is the trigger going to give me the desired outcome?
2. If I export the leitner_vcard_boxes table from my development server's phpMyAdmin and replace (import) the table on the test server will the trigger move with it? Do I need to move the trigger separately?
3. How do I list the triggers in the database? Can I see them in phpMyAdmin someplace and I am just missing it?
4. What else should somebody who has not used triggers before consider?
I have 5 tables that I changed on my development server (laptop) that I'd like to upload to my test server. I can export just those tables from PhpMyAdmin but on import it drops all of the other tables first. Short of editing the SQL before I upload it (finding the drop and deleting it) is there an easy way to uncheck a box and change that behavior that I am just not seeing?

Hello, I work for a non-profit agency and I have been up all night trying to fix a registration form that has suddenly stopped working after a php upgrade from v 5.0 to v 5.2. The server admin says it is my coding. When you hit submit the form actually does what it is supposed to however the missing link here is that I am not being emailed after each registration with the registraiton informationl. You can see the form in action at www.nctt.net/coreTest.php I have also cut and pasted the contents of that file below and have attached it to this email. There is also the last version of the form I used still up on the website that I never took down after our summer program. There are a few modifications to this page to meet the program requirements but in July www.nctt.net/SIReg.php was working fine. 2 downloadsHi, So i have HTML table which i'm attempting to turn into executable SQL code which i can then insert into a SQL database table. I'm wondering if anyone has any good ideas for the best way to get this done? I need to extract the data from each of the <tr bgcolor="#EEEEEE">, scrape the text within each <td></td> and then format it in sql. so far i have removed the html not required and created an array by exploding "<tr bgcolor="#EEEEEE">", however, its creating an empty element in the first array index [0], to fix this i have tried $players = array_shift($players); however it removed everything from the array. next i was thinking i would need to remove all html within each array element and add a comma to the end, then i would need to compress it all back together again? would this be the best way to do this? source html

The foreach loop generates all of the possible job specialties from a table called 'specialty_list'. This table is joined to a second table ('open_positions') that lists any positions that have been selected previously. Where I'm stuck is getting the checkbox to be checked if the facility_ID from the open_positions table matches the $id passed in the URL via ?facility_id=''. In Chrome i receive a blank page. In firefox I get "The image "image.php" cannot be displayed because it contains errors". Thank you for your time. i have been working with a website but only locally. i am now trying to put it online which is ok. when i was working with it locally i have been able to create multiple users which have different privileges to each page. for example i said one of my users can only read and the other can read write. the problem is when i have went to create these users online i can't seem to find the create user option in phpmyadmin. i am missing the obvious or will i have to code them in and if so can you direct me to a tutorial which shows me how. thanks in advance Hi guys I have two questions: Question 1: phpmyadmin If my host does not provide phpmyadmin and I want to install it myself, can I just download phpmyadmin and copy it to my public_html folder or is there another way to install it on my site?? Question 2: Email Script I have a script that sends an email to a system that sends out multiple sms's. The system works like this, I send an email to an address with an attachment called cellnumbers.txt with a list of all the cellnumbers. I must add a specific subject. When I send the email to my own email address, it comes correctly through. But when it is sent to the address of the server, no sms are received. I attached my script. Please take a look. Using phpMyAdmin I loaded 6 test records with the id set to auto_increment and it loaded all the data correctly with id # 1-6. Then from somewhere it got the number 333353 and auto_increments it as the value for the id. So now I have id's 1-6 and 333353, 333354, ect. For every record I add it increments it. I deleted all but records 1-6 and tried again but it has the last value of 3333xx stored somewhere and increments it. Deleted them again, closed the program, came back and it still does it. I have used the XAMPP installer to install php and MySQL locall on my computer. I also succeeded in setting the security for XAMPP pages, the MySQL admin user root and phpMyAdmin login. When I enter phpMyAdmin via the link in the XAMPP initial page I do however receive a red notification: phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not fully configured; some extensions are not activated. To find out click here. I have attached a screenshot showing three items which are not OK, shown in red. I looked up in the documentation, but could not find out. I hope someone can help.
