I can create the search user page that populates a list of users based on search criteria and link to their respective profiles using GET. But now if I have a "add to contacts" button on their profile page, I am struggling with the code to insert this into a contacts table correctly. If the contacts table has a id column, user_id column and contacts_id column how do I insert the id of the user you are viewing into the contacts_id column? The above code works well if you knowwhat your end string is, but in my case i do not know. i only know the start. As you can see i know it starts with account_type_dom but i do not know that it will end before industry_dom. so i need to stop before industry_dom. how do i do this? Quote

I have this code to update mysql db. It deletes and updates everything in the row except for the date. The date remains the same. In my db i have it under "prices" and it is named "date". Hi I have deleted quite lot data from mysql database however, php still shows that page but blank ie page.php?id=186 - this id and all assosiated fields with this id has been removed from mysql but id still showing on the net and google cached all of them ( 600 pages) . page.php is still in use but I was wondering if there is any way not to show these blank pages/ids from mysql db and more importantly how can I remove these blank pages from google? I'm about halfway done with my site (It's a site to sell stuff and I'm working on the shopping cart) when I noticed a big problem. I've got session cookies working in every browser (FF, chrome, safari) except Internet Explorer. For some reason IE likes to delete my session cookies so there's nothing there after I click 'view shopping cart'. I've verified that the session is set but then it gets deleted. Now I am using IFrames and I searched for possible causes and tried changing headers, making sure there's no underscores, etc... No joy The problem is that getting the problem to show up would require a lot of copying code onto this page since it's like 4 or 5 pages to get something into the cart and then view the cart itself. Hi, I am new trying to make a simple test iPhone app that reads data from a MySql server via php get method. As a test I used a 'film' database but soon realised that if the get method contains two words '%20' is added to the middle. Hello, I have a very big problem with stolen data and i don't know how to STOP that. The situation : I have a website where i spend lot of time to register events and info on events (something like www.CoolEvents.com) Users can log in and then comment events, and do others actions when logged. The PROBLEM : Someone created AN IPHONE APPLICATION that is an EXACT copy of my website, and is name CoolEvent App !!! Same infos, same comments, and you can log in via this app (parsing my site) and post comment on my website ! It's horrible for me, because 40% of my users now used this application (who earn money by displaying advertising). So i losed 40% of visitors !!! Without using legal channels, how can i STOP an IPHONE APP to parse my website or to acces to my website ? Do you know a TECHNICAL solution to prevent an APP to PARSE and then copy my website ? At least, is it possible to made it IMPOSSIBLE to log in to my website (and so be able to post comment on my site) by using this APP ? Thanks for your help !! I tried both of these articles, I have a windows 8.1 tablet and both of the different "codes" worked but I tried my friend's iPhone and the camera viewport is just a black square or doesn't show at all... the problem seems to be that the pop up where you push "allow" or "deny" doesn't show up at all, this makes me think the trigger isn't "triggered".

They offer onclick app builder. I have skill in development of web applications using php frameworks. My question is How we can generate android apk from our server after getting the necessary information from user? (Appname, icon, packagename etc) PHP can do this entire task?, if yes any framework for that? Can you give me some basic tips to generate apk from our server? Can we genrate both android and iphone app from one single code? What are the requirements needed for the server? Anybody having skills in these areas, please help me.
