PHP - Parse And Rebuild Array Value
Hello. I have a simple array with a key/value pair like this...
foreach($photoFiles as $photoKey => $photoValue){
}
The $photoValue would be the file-name (e.g. "IMG_2340.JPG") and is used in my photo-gallery. Now I am building a photo-details page and what I would like to do is have that larger image be "IMG_2340_large.JPG" Is it possible to split up the array value, insert "_large" and then re-assemble the $photoValue so I can use it here...

Similar TutorialsHi I have a SQL database that stores uploaded documents broken into the format of FileName, FileType, FileSize, FileContent with the content being stored in a BLOB field. When I need the file, it is downloaded by setting the headers accordingly and echoing the content which works great. What I would like to do in certain instances is to rebuild the original file and save it into a temp folder on the server - is this possible and if so how would I achieve it? I can see a number of articles on converting images back from BLOB using imagecreatefromstring() but nothing for .doc, .pdf etc. Many thanks Chris Trying to figure out what's best practice when it comes to parsing XML and echoing it into a pretty little table. should I save all the data in a array and then loop through the array? I have a clue on how to pull the data out of array but I cant figure out how to actually make it :) Any help or directions would be great, thanks!
Hey all I am just now getting around to the newest version of the PHP sdk for Facebook. It seems to use a new array of returned data that I can not seem to be able to parse out what I need and not all other gibberish it has contained inside the array.

In the older version of the Facebook SDK I just needed to do something along these lines (below code example is getting the id within the returned array and checking also to make sure it has a value or not):

$name = (isset($rData['name']) ? $rData['name'] : null);

in order to get the value that I needed. I have also tried:

and that just gives me 0's for each one it finds..
Now the return has an added stdClass object within the array itself and I am unsure on how to go about getting id, name & picture url from it.

I have an array ($other_images) that contains image file names separated by semi colons. I can successfully echo the individual values using echo $other_images[0], $other_images[1], $other_images[2]... I have it working where I can access the www.testing.co.uk value using the following:

But am not sure how to access the avail value? I thought the following would have worked by adding ['avail'] onto the end, but appear to be missing something.
echo $xml->response->resData->children('domain', true)->chkData->children('domain', true)->cd->children('domain', true)->name['avail'];
