PHP - Need Help Asap Plz Working On This Large Companies Website And I Can't Figure This Out.

I trying to make it so i can in put the data from a database into a theme i got from theme forest but im having few problems.

The NEXT button on the portfolio see how it slides across and works nicely here

its stopped working since I've place my php code in there and i can't see why not, everything look right to be from the html and php.

Could one you lovely people see what you can spot wrong.

For the last 2 months I have purchased software and utilized free software to attempt to create a sitemap fro my websites   www.negroartist.com www.africanafrican.com   all of them fail and do not look at all links. i.e. look at a photo album with all the htm in the photo album.   Most of the windows based software do not work and often crash. I want it to index ALL of my site (except images, pdf etc)   Is there any php code, program etc. out there to help me through my dilemna that has instructions for configurabillity? I can also try anything that uses apache etc.   i am at my whits end with this. please help.   has anyone used bing sitemap plugin? how do you install this baby?   my links will total in the hundreds of thousands.   thanks :-)

I have an application which takes some time and would like to take steps to improve execution speed.

Sample data is provided as JSON and is as follows where the values array has few columns and many rows.  My desired outcome is three PHP objects for mean_P51, mean_P55, and max_P56 which all have a reference to the time array as well as their own values array.

Originally, I thought that it would be more efficient to iterate over the big values array once and on each iteration process each column (I envision myself walking one mile and snapping my fingers three times each foot, or walking three miles and snapping my fingers once every foot).  What I witness, however, is it is faster to iterate over the big values array multiple times to generate each object, and I've done a few simple tests comparing iterating big loops within little loops to little loops within big loops, and get similar results.  I guess this makes sense I am not really stopping when I snap my fingers and if I did walking three miles would likely be quicker.  Is this expected behavior?

If there is too much data, I've needed to use a JSON stream parser and either a generator or iterator.  I haven't tested it yet, but expect a generator would be more efficient than an iterator and using PHP's built-in json_decode() and an array would be more efficient than either a generator or iterator.  Think I need to test this hypothesis or is it likely correct?

Any other general strategies one should take when working with large datasets?

That goes to a file http://localhost/folder/item.php?mem-items=26 with 26 being an actual member id number

I use the GET function like this

}


My problem is $mem_items isn't assigned a variable, but when I take the "is_numeric($_GET['$mem-items'])" out, it works like a charm.

I use this same format on the same file for "if (isset($_GET['item']) && is_numeric($_GET['item']))" AND it works great. Can anyone see what's wrong.
