PHP - Php Coding To Send Email From Html Form
I am brand new at php coding so I am struggling to understand why my php code is not working in my website. I would like my html form to send me data to my email. Whatever I try, it just will not work. I have ftp'ed it to my website and I checked with my web host, they do support php. Anyone who can help out a newbie, please?

I have a HTML form wich contains basic textfields en checkboxes. Beyond that i have a row with some dropdowns, but one of these fields in the row is a file field. Also, the visitor is able to add a new row, when the user clicks add row, a new row with the same fields including a new file field appears. This can be done as much as the user likes. The fiel field is optional though, it doesn't need to be filled. All my textfields, checkboxes and dropdowns are coming through email nicely. Only thing that isn't coming my way are the files i attach. I have two email addresses in the recipient section. It only sends to the last name in the list. Is this because i have written recipient? Should it be recipients? I need your help as many PHPers here is more experienced in PHP coding than me. I have specific project I am working on and need a piece of code that can send an email from HTML form using PHP to the email address that is entered manually on the form, instead of standard sent to PHP code that is fixed within PHP script and executed during submission. I want sth that can grab manually enetered recipient's e-mail address, paste it to the PHP code and then use it to send the email to the recipient, instead of fixed sent to code. Something would say dynamically changed during the entry that can inject into PHP code the new address email entered on the form and then submit to it. Any ideas will be great.

The code below currently sends a separate Email with data from each row of a table when a Save All button is pressed. So, if I have 4 rows of data, 4 Email will be sent.

Hi I built a really simple customer review form https://kickasssoftwear.uk/dev/reviews.html (it's only been optimised for mobile view so far) and it works using the php mail script on this page https://kickasssoftwear.uk/dev/empty2.php - the emails are being sent to me and the format of the emails is OK, and the form redirects to the empty2 page with a mailsent message in the address bar. I know I can leave that page as is and write a nice thank you message in the html - but what I really want to do is have the customers name there too, Thanks 'name' your review has been sent, but I can't get it to work - it's been 4 whole days now and I really need to eat & sleep!
