say i have list and i want the correct children under each parent

so i have

in the db i have
4 parents each with 2 children

so how would i do the code?

Hello.

i have some code that works with out using parent and child but i dont think im doing it in the correct oop way. would someone maybe please just have a little look for me please.

by the way.. i know im not ment to use global but thats how i was shown to do that on my tutorial videos.. i'll address that in another post

it call a function in from the Pages class.

i could take the function from here and put it in the Pages class i guess but i was wondering about Exends.

how do i find out if a parent has any children?

for example

id - name - parent_id

1  -  title1  -  0  (parent)
2  -  title2  -  0  (parent)
3  -  link1  -  1  (child)
4  -  link2  -  1  (child)
5  -  link3  -  2  (child)
5  -  link4  -  2  (child)

the above has 2 parent with 2 links each.

so..
if an id has no "parent_id" pointing to it must be a child
if an id has "parent_id" pointing to it must be a parent

Is it possible to have a class access another class it its parent directory without using a fully qualified name?  While the following script is not valid, it is how I would have thought it would be done should it be possible.  If it is not possible, I expect there is a good reason why one would not want to do so, and would appreciate your thoughts why that is so.  Thanks

I try to rebuild a PTC site
The thing is when the member is click on the ad, they get money after x sec.

I have the code, and the question is how i can remove the top frame,  but i would like to keep the money part. So when they open a link its will looks a normal link no frame no timer but they still get the monye after x second. Can i do this??

Hey Guys. I am using php to output to frames. When I add an "\n" tag of even a PHP_EOL the second frame shows blank. The weird thing is when I view the page source I can clearly see the HTML of both frames... Can anyone help me resolve this issue? Thanks!

I'm trying to get the id of the parent container of the dragged/dropped element.  Currently it is reporting only the original container it was in before it was dragged the first time, regardless of how many times it is dragged. Here's the relevant code:

A container DIV is broken into smaller DIVs making a 5x5 grid.  Each of those DIVs have an ID corresponding to ROW-COL, e.g. the upper most box is id='1-1', the first box in the 3rd row is id='3-1', the last box in the 3rd row is id='3-5'.   Currently it only reports 5-3, the starting location.   Sample up at http://alpha.central...corekeeper.html

I expected the following script to display a single cookie on the main page (cookie_2, and both the main page cookie and the subdomain cookie (cookie_3) within the iframe.   In actuality, the main page was as expected, but the iframe only displays cookie_3.   Can anyone explain what I am witnessing, and why the subdomain wouldn't be able to access the cookie set in the parent?
