PHP - Unchecked Checkbx Brings Error
hi, i am showing an error when i submit a form and a checkbox is not checked. here is the line that is giving me the error. any fix for this?

Everything seems to work fine when/if I use the following SQL query (which can also be seen commented out in my code towards the end of this post) :
